How it is scoped
In the diagnostic you name the manual (APA, ABNT, Vancouver, Chicago, institutional or journal). The written scope states what is formatted and on which file of yours.
The governing manual, applied carefully
In LATAM the usual conflict is your programme guide against the manual it claims to use. We apply what governs, in writing, in the scope. APA 7th ed. for many Spanish-language postgraduate programmes. ABNT NBR 14724, 10520 and 6023 for TCCs and theses in the Brazilian orbit. Vancouver in health; Chicago when the department asks.
We do not invent a «TesisPro» style. If your faculty mixes rules, we record the hierarchy you name. The US and Europe go to tesispro.org.
What we do with the file
Citations, reference list, headings, pagination, captions, block quotes, DOIs when they belong. We do not rewrite the argument to fit a word count. Incomplete sources are flagged; bibliographic data are not invented.
Same flow: diagnostic, scope, your file, return. The style fee does not include method mentoring or a mock banca.
Deliverables
A file with the apparatus applied, notes on institutional-guide exceptions, and a list of sources still incomplete for lack of your data. Title page and ABNT or APA preliminaries if they are in the scope.
ABNT is not cosmetics
NBR 14724 is not «set Arial 12». It changes preliminaries, summary, citations and references. If your TCC is ABNT, say so in the diagnostic.
Paraguay and the region
In Paraguay APA 7 is common. In Brazil, ABNT plus the programme template. In Mexico and Colombia, APA or Vancouver by field.
Authorship
Applying a manual does not turn someone else’s text into your thesis. The file must be your authorship; see /integridad.

Institutional guides sometimes contradict the manual. Hierarchy: what you name in writing in the scope. Incomplete source = flag, not a fictional DOI.
Scope, limits, and how the quote works
One manual per scope unless the institutional guide says otherwise. A manual change after delivery is new work.
What sits outside the style package
Style work does not rewrite the argument or complete results. If the institutional guide arrives after the scope, the scope is revised.

Do you apply APA and ABNT in the same file?
Only if your guide asks explicitly. By default, one manual.
Does it include content review?
No, unless you hire editing or mentoring. Style is apparatus, not argument.
What if the banca asks for another manual afterwards?
A new scope is quoted.
