Thesis advising fees and public rates (USD)
Public thesis-advising fees in USD for Paraguay and LATAM: mentoring, editing, APA/ABNT style, defense prep and manuscripts per the list. Final quote after the 20-minute diagnostic. We do not write theses for submission.
The fee covers agreed work (mentoring, editing, style, defense or manuscript). We do not sell a thesis to file as your own work.
Payment for work, not for outcome. 50 % on commissioning / accepting the scope, 50 % on delivery of the agreed deliverable. That is a work milestone, not a result guarantee.
Public fee list in USD. Quote by written scope after the diagnostic. No degree tariff.
US quotes after diagnostic; LATAM list does not apply to US-billed work.

20-min diagnostic → written scope → quote for the phase (mentoring, editing, style, defense or publication). 50/50 pay for work. No degree price and no grade guarantee.
What you will not see in these fees
- A single all-in thesis package or thesis+article price
- A degree, viva or “pass” tariff
- An advising fee tied to the grade
